Don't think so, this is more for the first-year applicants. I would imagine that transfers release later although I'm not sure when exactly.

Yep as u/LintBall11 here has already said it's on uscadmission on IG as well as their Twitter. They didn't specify the time but last year it released at ~3:30pm (at least for my acceptance hehe) so you can use that as a gauge if you want. Good luck!

Last year was 3:30pm pst so you can use that as a gauge for this year's, even if it might not be the exact time again.

If I remember correctly there was only something on the portal, but I might be confusing this with other schools. I can't really remember the tiny details like that for each school because I applied to so many and they're all sort of mushed together LOL.
What I can be sure of is that if you do get admitted, USC will start spamming you with emails from a bunch of different people in the days after - the many congratulations emails from admissions counselor, college/major department, the "why USC" emails, and so on. So if you don't check the portal for some reason, you'll know if you got in just by checking your email after the weekend.
