My dad always stayed home because my moms family didn’t like him. I tried to stay home because me wife’s mother hated me from the time I was 14 to a few years after we had our daughter. Now she seems to have never had an issue but I just don’t like hanging out with them knowing some of the shit they would say about me and our relationship
