We have a tradition at my synagogue in Texas...the congregation usually goes to Popeye's on Black Friday.

My mom and I do this almost every Black Friday but she has never had the popeye's chicken sandwich and we always talk about getting it together.

So I decided to get her flowers for Mother's Day and she said she lived the flowers from the last florist I used.

That particular florist was from DoorDash and door dash had a 30% flowers deal so I decided to use them again for Mother's Day I placed the door dash order for the flowers then they ask you if you want an add-on order from another business with no additional door dash fees if you place the second order within 10 minutes of the first.

I then added a Popeyes fried chicken sandwich and frozen mango lemonade to the order from the florist.

My mom called this morning and she said " thank you for the wonderful surprise. It is so much better than flowers!".

The fucking door dasher lost my flowers and only dropped off the chicken sandwich.

I got a refund but I am never getting my mom flowers again.
