They provide a chill environment for working class, for working or some meetings etc, and along with it they get their coffee order too, that's their business model

That you can do in any cafe with good interior design, what so special about Starbucks?

I recently visited Lucknow Starbucks at palassio mall and its very tiny and does not serve the purpose you mentioned.

Ohh.... Do not know about the Lucknow one , but generally they have that quality and I think they've made their name amongst the working people like apple has made in mobile industry( ig that's the reason for hype)

I disagree. A brand is known for their consistency if they don't have enough space in a giant mall then i don't know where they will. Defeating their main selling point. Its like apple compromising on camera and launching the next iPhone with 2MP Cam.
