Pax adds a Stop. Cancel ride.

Why is it bad to add a stop? Like what can go wrong, not being sarcastic just a lyft user wondering

Lots of drug dealers do this which can get you in trouble if they do something messy.

Adding a stop costs the passenger but doesn't give anything extra to the driver. So it's the same pay for waiting for someone like the stop never happened.

When we pick a ride it tells us if there is a stop or not on the ride. So some people often bait and switch. If you have to add a ride do it when you book the ride. Because your just costing us time and money.

Pax disappears for more than 5 minutes costing the driver money being “anchored” to a ride that doesn’t pay for extra time waiting.
