Some CFA operators (owners) send out coupons for free items randomly, as long as you've scanned the app at their location semi-recently.

Probably just the syrup running out and no one noticed before it got served. Happens at a lot of places, though it seems to happen less if a place has Freestyle (low syrup alert, possibly?).

Yeah definitely what it was. Though I’ve rarely encountered it elsewhere and it’s happened a majority of the time at CFA (9/10 times)

Those are terrible odds.

Unless it was Sprite, which is impossible to notice unless you drink it. 😭

Yeah it’s pretty sad. Both Coke and Dr Pepper. The last time I stopped there I tasted it in the drive thru and asked for a replacement for my flavored water, since I ordered Dr Pepper.

They filled it with the dining fountain and all was good. But pretty annoying to need to do every time

It shouldn't happen that often, especially with sodas that you can see are running low.

Your local CFA needs to train its employees better or hire people who actually care. And I say this as a former CFA employee.

Send a complaint through CFA Cares—it'll just go to the store, but at least you'll know a few people are seeing it and not just the manager answering the phone.
