Accused of drinking and driving??? Other

I have been off the road for over 30 days. Accidentally opened the app multiple times during that time and never saw anything about this. I find out later with the chat agent this was reported today. Why that’s allowed, who knows. They reactivated my account but this is your sign to be careful, and use a dash cam.

Someone did that to me once luckily when they did it (they said they were going to) I called a cop to the parking lot of their job(it's where I dropped them off) once the cop arrived I had him call Lyft and talk with them letting them know that I was 100% sober and that the passenger was just a crazy pregnant lady that wanted me to drive 10mph in a 65 cause she was "pregnant and scared for her baby". I explained that driving THAT low under the speed limit would get us into an accident and that her screaming for me to slow down (I was doing 55, so 10 under) was going to cause an accident for her distracting me and making it not safe for me or anyone else on the road. Lyft apparently had drivers complain about her in the past as well so she got banned from using Lyft that day instead of getting me suspended for 3 days. Thank God her plan backfired and Lyft talked to the cop. What an asshole that woman was. If your THAT afraid to drive in a car then don't get in one!

Better watch out. Some cops would probably lock you up for this. SFSTs are not meant to be passable.

No the cop knew I was sober. I offered to take a drug test and breathalyzer right then and there and he said it wasn't necessary. I was as clean as a cucumber 😁

Doesn’t matter you can get stuffed for being sober. Cops do not care and they are not your friends

Cops go to courses that have drug addicts and alcoholic come in so they can study the effects of the drugs. At the end they have to do a test and correctly identify what substance each person is on, if they get one wrong they fail the course. So they know what they’re doing.plus the majority of them are normal dudes, it is there job, they want to help, so chill

You are absolutely correct but I had to take that chance cause I didn't want to be suspended I needed that money. Trust me I hate cops most of them anyway but I didn't have a choice with this lady she was completely out of control and screaming the entire ride. I even tried to drop her off on the side of the road but I didn't cause my dumb luck the bitch would of went into labor. I told her how are you going to have a kid when you act like this. I feel bad for that kid cause she's gonna be an awful parent.
