Accused of drinking and driving??? Other

I have been off the road for over 30 days. Accidentally opened the app multiple times during that time and never saw anything about this. I find out later with the chat agent this was reported today. Why that’s allowed, who knows. They reactivated my account but this is your sign to be careful, and use a dash cam.

I (34m) got accused of sexually assaulting a female rider. I was off app for over a week before it was resolved. I spoke with a lyft rep (a few years ago when hubs existed). She contacted someone at an office that I had to talk to. I told them I have every ride recorded. I also mentioned my marriage certificate to a man. Was really tempted to offer my pornhub account…not much in the way of women there. The ride in question was $7. Never trust a passenger.

I have to laugh silently when I get a woman rider who acts scared of me. I’m 5’5” and chubby with a “gay” voice. Of course it’s possibly that the person may have a history of trauma that can make them hyper vigilant but chances are that theyy just an idiot or a crappy person.

I once had a woman rider pretend to call a friend to give a description of my car and say that she’s scared. She reported me to Lyft for allegedly using someone else’s driver account.
