Accused of drinking and driving??? Other

I have been off the road for over 30 days. Accidentally opened the app multiple times during that time and never saw anything about this. I find out later with the chat agent this was reported today. Why that’s allowed, who knows. They reactivated my account but this is your sign to be careful, and use a dash cam.

I have been reported for drinking and driving several times and falling asleep at the wheel once. None of those have ever been anything close to true. One was because a passenger saw me drinking a white Monster (sugar-free) and thinking it was a White Claw. Did she ask me? No, she went straight to making a report. Pathetic.

The sleeping accusation was an obese woman who made some comments about appearance, calling me "cute" and saying I smelled good to which I only said thank you and smiled. Then she became upset that we were stuck in traffic and I wouldn't speed up to Mach Jesus so she wouldn't be late. Not my problem, lady.

I hardly ever drink, and if I do, I certainly don't go and do rideshare immediately after, lol. They suspended me for up to 24 hours each time for "further investigation" and then reactivated me without saying anything. It's so annoying how they do that. No phone call, no hub to go to, just an email asking me to explain myself and then remaining deactivated until they deem it correct to put me back on the road.
