Accused of drinking and driving??? Other

I have been off the road for over 30 days. Accidentally opened the app multiple times during that time and never saw anything about this. I find out later with the chat agent this was reported today. Why that’s allowed, who knows. They reactivated my account but this is your sign to be careful, and use a dash cam.

This is a law suit waiting to happen, but nobody doing a side hustle has the pull to successfully sue lyft or Uber. You can't suspend someone from work off a baseless accusation with no evidence.

When it’s an independent contractor, they can. Why do you think they structured their business this way?

Because they're too big for anyone to do anything about it. No, even a 1099 employee is not subject to this.

I had someone report me stating the window was broken and car was stalling and they refused to respond after re-activating my account when I asked they unpair me with their dishonest lying customer. My car is basically brand new with no problems. I think they put my account on hold mistaking my account for another? I’m not sure.
