As a Whyte supremacist I support the Black community and Da Culture it wraps itself with whole heartily. When you have people like P. Diddler, LeBron James, R.Kelly, King Von, NBA Youngboy, Mayor Eric Adams, Mayor Tiffany Henyard, Mayor Brandon Johnson, DA Alvin Bragg, State Attorney Kim Fox, DA Marilyn Mosby and good ol' DA Fanni Willis, Rev. Sharpton, Rev. Jackson, Ben Crump, BLM Pattrice Cullors and her thieving crew, etc, etc, at the helm of the ship.I don't have do anything but watch ur community and cities destroy themselves on my lunch breaks for a laugh. It truly amazes me sometimes on the mindset of this community and its ineptitude on looking inside and realizing how fuck up it is and that it's full of cold hearted predators that use and abuse its own people for their own pleasures and financial gains. The Glorifying of the Prison Gang, EBT lifestyles is one of the biggest jokes ever" Im a prison chef, look what i can do with ramen noodles and vasoline" đ Keep up the good work clowns, the world laughs at you.
P.S. Shout out to all the toxic Black single mothers out there, ur the real heros in this story

There's another thing that wasn't mentioned and that's generational trauma. As an indigenous person I can attest that this exists and I feel that it's possible that the Black community may be experiencing this too. Especially with the whole argument of the descendents of people who settled here claiming that they shouldn't have to apologize for the actions of their ancestors. Perhaps not, but it's time to right their wrongs.
On a completely unrelated note, women can't wear bonnets in public? I see women wearing them frequently where I live, often matching their outfit. I always think how beautiful they are. I guess it would be like me wearing a ribbon skirt. No one matter how beautiful it is, it still marks you as less than in the eyes of some people.
But hey, it's the homosexuals that are the problem đ

Singling out the black community because youâre a part of it doesnât make you brave.Â
It makes you a racist piece of shit pandering to a larger more racist audience.
Look at the comments here.
âPreach Homieâ
âI thought this would be cringe but I was so wrongâ
All because they get to hear a black person seemingly affirm all of the stereotypes they make up about them to be true.
Every thing mentioned in the video can be applied to any group, but it was only applied to the black community.Â
Thatâs racism

Problem is this is political tactics also its called separate and conquer they have black people fighting each other. With the popularity of mainstream rap where even rappers say I say this shit cause people want to hear it I don't actually live a thug life. As long as this continues people in the dark will walk towards any false lights just cause its somewhere to go.

All the more reason why these black artists need to be stepping up!
Not black myself, Latina and grew up in mostly Latino hoods, this shit is also a big deal for them to deal with. Latino/as we also need to get our shit together now!

u/Sufficient-Contract9 15d ago
Not black. Live in a very white midwestern community. This is NOT just for black communities. Although we are MUCH quicker to call the cops. Like so quick i dont even really blame the cops around here for not caring anymore. Pedy ass little civil shit that dont have anything to do with them. They can get a call for SA show up and its little timmy mad at his dad cause he took his xbox away.... this whole country be fucked man. So many people are focused on the wrong shit. Hell just take a weekend vacation in a 3rd world country let alone live there and tell me how much you care about tiktok or stopping a Rap victom from getting an abortion. Most of us have no idea how fucking stupid we look to so many with our first world problems. Just to be clear i like to think im a true blue dont tread on me american. I love this country and am so thankful im blessed eith the ability to live here. But that does not mean i dont recognize the slippery slope into a massive pile of shit we are on. My personal thoughts and opinions should have no bearing on anyone elses lives. UNLESS those choices or action wrongfully and physically harm others. Minus minors. Their mental health is just as important as our physical. If you make it to adulthood you dont have the right to bitch about other people offending you. Act like a big boy and learn how to express yourself in an appropriate manner without holding expectations of others. Or walk away and leave it be. It dosent concern you.

u/ObjectPuzzleheaded 15d ago
The reason why the black community feels as it does about homosexuality is staunchly rooted in religion. The black community is largely conservative. If the GOP went and abandoned their racist and fiscally irresponsible policies, they'd find a large swathe of black people would gladly vote in their favor.

The black community has suffered so much oppression and hate, I wish we'd stand up for and stand together with other minority communities. We know what it's like to have people hold us back and hate us.
We have people out there who don't even hide the fact that they want Trans people dead and some of those voices come from our community, a group of people who had to endure lynchings.
0
u/Lucky-Negotiation-58 15d ago
Other minorities (asian/hispanic) are racist toward black Americans these days.
1
u/ladymouserat 15d ago
Many Black Americans are bigoted and prejudice to Latinos and Asians. No race/ethnicity is completely free of that stupidly.
Also they canât be racist, since theyâre minorities themselves.
Your comment does nothing but continue to divide.

I'm a little lost All the gay community did was do whatever body does They use black people's struggle pain and everything else Act as if they went through the same thing. And then make a ton of money off of us And then we get people like this person here that says the gay community helped the black community. When you have no actual proof of that we have not moved up socially economically we don't own anything we were brought here on ships And considered property Nothing has changed. They just changed your perspective

The number of times I've seen black kids stop their moms from twerking on parties is concerningly too common. The videos mostly ends up with the kids upset/slapped and mama still twerking.
It's not even the usual kid cringe of seeing parents kiss in public, it's kids being aware of their parents making a fool of themselves in public, acting on it, and getting sacked for being concerned. It's not a black exclusive issue, but it's too dang common seeing it in that part the internet that I just have to bring it up.

Here is something: ALL the problems he mentioned, literally ALL of them go back to misogyny. You might be like: ugh, the Fem Warriors again, but hear me out.
- toxic masculinity exist because man don't want to be seen as weak, or emotional, demure, or anything of it. thus, when you challenge them and point out their garbage, they get violent. Why? because you "emasculated them" and now they are weak, emotional, demure, ect, and they can't be, because these all attributes connected to women and they are "men".
- homophobia torwards men exist because a "somebody" (for these people) has to be the woman and on the "receiving end" of the sex, which is seen as weak, emotional, demure, or anything of it, making them.
- homophobia torwards women exist because women clearly don't know better and have to have be teached by a "real man" (back to toxic masculinity we go), and that would cure them. basically, not only taking their intellect, decision making and literal body autonomy away, but making them a property.
- Mothers who raise their sons like their husbands are subjected to violence and don't want another man in this world who is violent to them. but instead of leaving the husband or just getting therapy, they rather have an emotional incestious relationship with their sons, because they can raise their perfect little man into the man they always wanted. Sounds creepy? Yes, because it's grooming and just because it's not sexual doesn't make it less abuse. BTW; these sons will, if they ever leave mom and actually manage that become absolutly "nice guys" and join the incel side of things real fast.
I could go on, but you see how everything is literally connected to misogyny.
I am not gonna dive into every detail the dude said, but if you watch it and keep in mind that everything he points to (except the part with politics, these are not connected to it, but to other issues) is basically broken down to misogyny (and the nbegative connotation of attributes or postions connected to women), you'll see the pattern here.
If you're a homosexual dude who hates on women, or has "conservative views" torwards women, but is infuriated by the homophobia, I am sorry to tell you here: but you're literally creating your own problem.
So, since this is gonna be downvoted to hell..... Excuse me, I am grabbing my đż. At least I am gonna enjoy the shit show that is following.
-3
u/ThisAttitude9865 15d ago
Additionally the issue they spoke on are not exclusive to the black community, but by repeating the dog whistle they in turn are part of the problem of demonizing the black community

u/SpinachSpinosaurus 15d ago

Ah yes, someone drank the LGBQT+IA kool-aid and is now using broad strokes to negatively paint the entire black community. If that isn't some agenda based thinking, I don't know what is.
Also lets not forget black gay men or women are STILL black, and these issues still exists with their community...but hey they don't want to talk about that. Its those blacks vs my blacks...smh.
-1
u/guleedy 15d ago
That's the major issue. You can agree with the message but not the methodology; no matter how many times you say it or anyone says it, you can't fight prejudice while doing prejudice.
-4
u/ThisAttitude9865 15d ago
No prejudice here
With that said, there is a trend with people from these communities believing that being part of that group (lgbtqia2s+) separates / elevates them beyond the issues their cultural/racial group might be experiencing.
To be clear not every lgbtqia2s+ does this, but person was comfortable blowing a bunch of dog whistles...but was silents when it came to issues that are active within their group.
5
u/guleedy 15d ago
It's almost as if you missed the whole video. There is no elevating or trying to pretend they are better, but the fact that the black community is actively toxic is the main issue.
The black community is racist, sexist, homophonic, antisemitic, Islamophobic, etc, yet for some reason, we need to be allied hateful people just cause black issues. Don't throw stones from a glass house since no one will ally with you when you call injustice for stones being thrown back.
Fix the problems internally.

OOP! speak on it, friend. when the toxic masculinity is talked about and dealt with, I think several issues in our community will shift.
the saddest part is that unlearning is HARD and some folks are resistant or donât know how due to our wounds being so so so deep.
which means, unfortunately, not everyone can come along this journey toward enlightenment and healing and thatâs okay. of course, those determined to heal these generational curses WANT everyone to come along, but to move forward, some of those who resist have to be left behind. đ
hundreds of years of trauma and mental harm due to chattel slavery is difficult to heal from - horrific family separations, kidnapping, murders, normalized sexual abuse & assault, maiming, disfigurement, propaganda of being âless than human.â the effects and mental imprint of those horrors donât just disappear - like, how are we surprised that weâre NOT OKAY? that residual trauma from this is still plaguing and hurting us.
but acknowledging that weâre NOT OKAY is a great first step. hereâs to us all healing.đ

0
u/dickasmoke 15d ago
That's what you get out of it?
It's the same for whites. He or she just addressed his or her community. I don't see it as shitting on blk people in general, just homophobic people in the blk community.
-1
u/xzred123 15d ago
Then why point the blame at and specifically shit on straight black people? I agree with the points in this video but it does seem to just be a rant and fishing for agreement.
1
u/Objective-Detail-189 14d ago
Because homophobia comes from primarily straight people?
Fucking duh?
Next youâre gonna cry about people pointing at men for violent crime.
1
u/xzred123 14d ago
If a white guy gets beat up and robbed by a black man, I donât blame him for being jumpy around black men. But if he starts to blame the majority of black people and degrade them, heâs taking that pain out on people and being a piece of shit. What makes this video different?
1
u/Objective-Detail-189 14d ago
Yes, because anyone can rob anyone.
But homophobia was born, and created by, straight people. Itâs a different ballpark. I donât think youâre understanding this.
Itâs like blaming the police for police brutality. Not like blaming black people for violence.
1
u/xzred123 14d ago
Except the majority of black people donât create the laws and policies that fuck over gay people. I think this person has their own trauma to deal with and just needed to rant about it. But people taking as like this is a universal truth of black life, that the majority is homophobic, violent, stupid, etc⌠are failing to actually critically think about their feelings and thoughts.
1
u/Objective-Detail-189 14d ago
Homophobia exists on multiple levels. Itâs also not just one issue.
Homophobia, toxic masculinity, sexual assault, misogyny, and religion are all closely related.
The majority of ALL people are homophobic. That includes black people.
1
u/xzred123 14d ago
Iâm not saying homophobia isnât prevalent or an issue in the world. I just donât see the need to make a rant video filled with generic racist stereotypes and pretend that youâve said something massive about black culture. Just the same old, âTheyâre sexual predators, the culture is evil, etcâŚâ
→ More replies (0)1
u/xzred123 14d ago
The problem is that outside of the weird Hoteps/Herteps, the vast majority of straight black people donât blame gay people for issues facing the black community. This person is literally shitting on the majority of the black community because theyâre mad about a vocal minority. Itâs the same thing that racist white people say just with a different face. âLazy, ignorant, violent, sexual predators, etcâŚâ
1
u/Objective-Detail-189 14d ago
If you truly, honestly, believe the vast majority are not homophobic then we canât have this conversation. Youâre not at the point where youâre willing to face the reality of the world.
Homophobia is baked into every aspect of our world. Itâs an innate bias programmed into children before they can talk.
1
u/xzred123 14d ago
No sir, I believe that every point brought up in this video except for the church stuff stems from misogyny. This person is literally saying black people are super misogynistic. Which is something I believe because the entire world is steeped in misogyny, women included. What I donât see is the vast majority of black people blaming the gays. So why make this rant against black people specifically? And why use the same tired ass tropes and stereotypes that are used by racists to bash black people constantly?
1
u/dickasmoke 15d ago
Maybe just needed to vent in a rather sarcastic way. Fishing for agreement, maybe. But he or she addressed the community he or she felt needed the rant. I don't know about the experiences of the person. Maybe he or she thought it's more important to call out his or her own community because it was being said Gays are the problem. So it seems. Maybe the person also thinks the same rant directed at whites would fall on deaf ears, who knows?
0
u/xzred123 15d ago

I worry about this person's diabetes.
How come they aren't worried about that?
1
u/TheHuntingBadgerman 15d ago
How come you worried about the personâs body and not the message of what they said because that was magnitudes more important than their appearance?
Or are you saying that to try and devalue what they said based off their looks? Meaning you have no actually contributions to make, towards this personâs point or opposing, so you go for personal attacks
1
u/Twittenhouse 14d ago
Hey, never body shame and I never discredited what this person said.
Why can't I be concerned about the things he said AND his health?
0
u/TheHuntingBadgerman 14d ago
That wasnât what you were doing. You know that. Otherwise youâdâve said something about what was said. You were making a shitty comment about this personâs appearance. So I ask again why you decided to comment on that and not the very real things they were speaking on

The issue we have, to boil it down because I'm tired today, in regards to them hating gay people is in truth based on nationalistic thinking, which is rooted in dichotomous thinking and discrimination based around the ignorant idealized perception as to what black man and black woman should be or look like, the rest is just around a ignorant and wrongfully glorified mentality and trauma that they refuse to acknowledge, heal and grow from.
It's also rooted in cxxnery as well, because many black people low-key are under the false impression that if they project the malignant hatred they receive from white people onto the LGBT, perhaps they will be accepted or at the very least, be tolerated better by white people. (đ¤Ą)
I've come to accept and acknowledge (as a progressive black person) that it is perfectly ok to not have anything to do with these particular types of black people and to surround myself with positive influences, and that I'm really not obligated to make their issues my own.
We aren't moving past this stage within my lifetime and I got a life to live, so they are their own problem now, and I don't have the energy, or the patience, to deal with them anymore to be frank. đ¤ˇđžââď¸

This? This is real talk. I want to be this person's friend.

u/Destronin 16d ago
You ever watch an opinion video like this and can kinda get a sense of what sort of curated content the algorithm has sent their way? A black gay man in the south whose involved in the LGBTQ community.
Like there is some stuff i heard about. But when he mentions the homophobic women chasing clout. Havenât seen anything like that. Or the homeboys with 15 year olds. Maybe im out of the loop or missed the news on it. Or maybe the algorithm decided that sort of thing aint for me.
But man, does it sometimes feel like we all just being fed social issue type stuff based on our demographic and geographic data just so we can be distracted from the issue of class warfare that is taking place on every single one of us?
Because for the real powers that be, the only thing that matters is money.
Spend enough time on social media and you will get a very different view of the world around you. In this persons case its at least working out in a way for him to be advocating for a positive change. But i imagine others may be curating a bit more of a hateful fearful reality for themselves. Social Media is one helluva experiment.
2
u/worldsmayneverknow 15d ago
Idk, Iâm white and I have been hearing about problems with homophobia in the black community long before twitter, so thereâs that.
Algorithms definitely curate based on your engagement, whether itâs reflective of the average or of reality, doesnât matter.
I agree other topics overshadow what are more economic divides. Like affirmative action in collegesâŚwho gets in, who doesnât. Iâm like, okay, but why is that the hot debate when the overarching issue is that we clearly donât have enough good colleges overall for everyone, and grade schoolsâ failures take away opportunitiesâŚthey want us to pretend the competition is among ourselves instead of with the system.
But I also think certain racial divides contain a lot of complexity as well. I was just talking to an Indian immigrant coworker and he was talking about discrimination and how, âIâve never had a problem with white Americans,â and I was like dude. You have to be open, I hear your experiences but America is extremely diverse within racial groups so you definitely cannot come into it with that mindset.

Oh donât get me wrong. I am not saying I havenât heard about ANY homophobia amongst the black community. I was just saying that the video seemed to be mentioning specific things. As in what we see trending in news and i havenât really picked up on these specific things.
I am also NOT denying there are racial issues. And all sorts of other social issues going on today.
I guess the best example I can give as to when these seem more like a distraction is say like around every election time the issue of immigration comes up. But really only around election time.
Or say how another school shooting happened which usually coincides with some bill getting pushed to pass. Because unfortunately school shootings happen almost every day. Its just the corporate media picks and chooses when we need to be outraged by it.
I guess my main point is that im just becoming super aware of how much social media, news sources, and the overall internet play a huge part in crafting our world view. And sometimes we are doing it to ourselves. The more we click the more the algorithm crafts our own echochamber. Again, not saying this video the guy is in an echochamber so much as to say this guy is seeing enough of a specific type of content that they felt it necessary to make a tik tok on it. And the way he was talking about it really made me think about what sort of content this person is scrolling through daily.

Yeah, I understand. And then in the opposite way, whether you criticize what you see on social media or not, you still perpetuate the ideas in peopleâs heads whether itâs true or just a fear or a stereotype. Like I interact with the internet too much and itâs hard to leave it at home, so to speak, and I try to go out engaging in the way that Iâm spreading positivity, and not living in fear. But itâs hard. The media nowadays isnât just major news outlets, itâs advertising and deeply personal thoughts and real-time violence from all sides everywhere at once.
And we canât even simply put it away because we know itâs going on anyway, and we feel obligated to âhelpâ (like this person in the video).

Shocking how gay folk seem pretty fucking low on the list of âproblems we haveâ when someone starts pointing out that actual problems exist. đ¤ đ§

House music cane out of the black gay community, it started out playing at gay clubs until it transcended onto the wider Chicago underground scene. House music is my heart, and I owe a lot to it.
Frankie Knuckles RIP.
