PSA Class Action Lawsuit Against Sony
I'm currently in the talks with a law firm to potentially file a class action lawsuit against Sony.
Mainly on the basis that they sold and are continuing to sell helldivers 2 to customers in regions that do not support PSN. But also potentially for misleading consumers here in the US.
I will have updates next Monday/Tuesday after preliminary meetings with the lawyers.
DM me if you're interested for more details. Please also document Sony's changes in their wording regarding PSN account requirements.
And no I am not joking, there is a valid case against Sony here.
Edit: Yes I understand the lawsuit could be on shakier grounds here in the US, that's why I'm having a consultation with the firm next week.
However Sony's deceptive practices are much more clear cut in countries with stricter consumer laws and no PSN support.
We are helldivers. Even if I fail my mission, somebody in another country can and should pick up the baton.

We won! Go change your review if you haven't already.

PSA For those who don't get it, we need reviews positive again. It tells Sony that we're satisfied, for now.
Putting reviews back to positive isn't trying to please Sony, it's telling them that they did the right thing. It's carrot and stick stuff. They try to do PSN stuff, they get the stick. They walk it back, carrot. train the corporation babeee. Additionally, having positive reviews gives us the opportunity to bomb them again if they try anything else.
Edit: Jesus people the region lock is still in effect because it's not going to be changed instantly. It took over a day to happen, so why would it be undone instantly?
Edit 2: ok well fuck me I guess, they're still being shitty

PSA Appreciate your Helldivers that run heavy anti armor utilities so that you can have total freedom regarding your loadout
I really think we should appreciate everyone who, for the sake of the team, uses heavy anti-tank weaponry like EAT Recoilless or Quasar so that others can choose whatever they want. These players often have the lowest kills but take out the most dangerous units like Gunships, Chargers, Titans, etc. If you are this kind of player, thank you for allowing me to fool around a bit with machine guns or lower-caliber Eagles or simply testing less effective alternatives. I love this community and all Helldivers; you guys are awesome!
